Letter Signed by Rear admiral Norman Vincent Dickinson WW1 Navy, WW2. Handwritten Letter Dated 3 February Personally Signed by Rear admiral Norman Vincent Dickinson CB, DSO, DSC. He entered the Royal Navy in 1915 and won the DSC as a Midshipman serving in the Battleship Royal Sovereign in 1920 operations against the Turks. During WW11 1939 - 1945 he was one of the senior naval officers in charge of the landings in North Africa and was awarded the DSO in 1942 and a Bar in 1944.
