An Indian Painting of Maharana Sarup Singh in procession with attendants on foot, India, Circa 1950.

A vibrant and finely detailed painting depicting a royal procession from Mewar, Rajasthan. The central figure, a regal ruler, is seated atop a richly adorned horse, wearing a white robe, elaborate jewelry, and a plumed turban with a radiant golden halo surrounding his head. He is accompanied by attendants carrying ceremonial parasols and fly-whisks, while a retinue of soldiers and courtiers, dressed in red and white, march ahead wielding swords, shields, and banners.
