This rare survivor was purchased new by a Mr. Thomas Brunt on 21st October 1959, specified in Cherry Red complemented by Crimson Red interior which was only available for the 1959 model year
In 1982 at some 13,300 miles it was purchased by the second owner, a Mr. Frank Harrison, keeping the car for the next 36 years
He added a further 4,300 miles, bringing the total to 17,600 miles
