A WWII British MkII steel helmet, painted black for Home Front use. Bearing a Red Cross emblem across the full girth of the crown. Shell stamped HBH 1938. Old liner with oval pad, liner stamped JCS & W 1939. Complete with chinstrap. From a private collection.
