Manufactured in Toledo, Spain in tempered steel, blade length is 97cm weighing 1.8 kgs on oak display board.

This Emperor Charlemagne sword known as Joyeuse ,was issued by the Franklin Mint for $750.00 in 1986.The Franklin Mint, to ensure the sword's uniqueness and to increase its collectable value, destroyed all molds tools and dies for this project after production was completed
