A Sapphire Pearl and Diamond Brooch in yellow gold and platinum, of openwork design, set with a central oval shaped sapphire, accented by round cut diamonds, flanked either side by a row of pearls and terminating at each end with a pair of French cut sapphires. Unmarked, tests indicate 18 carat gold and platinum.
