A 19th century French Firefighter officers sword (Pompier) in its steel scabbard. The knuckleguard having a Firemans helmet over a pair of crossed axes with oakleaves. Having a straight double edged, double fullered blade, makers mark on ricasso B.F. Blade length 84cms.
