19 1/2 inch, single edged, 2 1/4 inch wide, heavy set blade. Large fuller. Rear sawback edge. Forte with maker's stamps. Brass, S shape crossguard. One piece, cast brass backstrap, pommel and ribbed grip. Contained in its leather covered wooden scabbard with brass chape and throat.
