Glass cased Congreve clock, with three dials and rolling ball movement, mounted by an open winged eagle, upon an oak plinth base, 45cm high
Locally made about 30/35 years ago - condition is good. It is impossible to get the clock running under saleroom conditions, last running in house approx 4/5 years ago, the owner is in his late 90s and was unable to keep it maintained so overall slight attention/recommissioning needed - private vendor - no reserves
