Worksplate, steam, 9x5 London and North Eastern Railway 5554 Rebuilt Stratford Works 1928, from J16 0-6-0 65554. this locomotive was new in 1902, built at Stratford as order P54. It gained this plate in May 1946. Allocations in BR days were just March and Stratford. Withdrawn in September 1961. Devoid of paint. Shipping band - C.
