A Tibetan White Metal and Brass Ghau Box.
A Tibetan ghau box of arched form, constructed in white metal with brass detailing. The front is richly decorated with dense relief ornament, framing a recessed central shrine opening edged in brass. The surface is embellished with scrolling floral and beaded motifs, creating a layered and textured appearance. The sides are fitted with small projecting lugs for suspension, while the reverse is plain and flat, contrasting with the ornate front.
