A Moorcroft Tudric tazza in Eventide pattern, c.1920, tubelined and glazed, impressed 'Made in England TUDRIC MOORCROFT 01358' to planished pewter base, the dish impressed 'Moorcroft Made in England' and with painted initials, 7 3/8in. (18.7cm.) diameter, 3 5/8in. (9.2cm.) high, alterations.
* Condition: Suspected alterations to pewter base, fixing to bowl definitely later - the removeable chrome domed cap is covering a plastic rawl plug fixed into the pewter base. The pewter base also appears to be glued to the dish. The dish was originally on a stand - the hole has not been later drilled and has the correct edge to the glaze around the hole. The dish has one very small glaze frit to the rim. There is a patch of corrosion to the pewter to one side of the base.
