Ladies vintage Tissot wristwatch on a 9ct gold bracelet strap together with a Majex 9ct gold cased wristwatch on 9ct gold bracelet strap (2)
Majex watch has a faint hallmark on the outside of the case, and strong hallmarks on the bracelet clasp. Hands adjusted correctly. Started ticking when wound, was about 2 minutes slow after 15 minutes.. Approx 15g on our scales.
Tissot watch case could not be opened to check for internal hallmarks, but has a stainless steel back and no external hallmarks. The bracelet clasp is hallmarked. Did not start ticking. Approx. 19.5g on our scales.
As watches contain many complex parts we would therefore not make any representations as to their workings and ultimately all lots are ‘sold as seen’. It is always advised that these be taken for a general service as further repair works may be necessary. This would be the sole responsibility of the bidder.
