A large early Victorian hallmarked silver eight-division toast-rack: the cast scrolling handle with vacant cartouches above arches, four feet cast with C-scrolls. Edinburgh assay marks (probably 1844). (20 cm wide x 15.5 cm to tip of handle). (Approx. 453g).
Minor surface scratches commensurate with age and use, one division with slight bend, over all with minor tarnish. Good clear assay marks and good cast handle.
