Agate Cameo Gold and Silver Brooch with Diamond Frame. Features rose cut diamonds. This brooch has tested as sterling silver setting, 9ct gold back, and 12ct gold pin. Minor surface scratches to stones and metal, clasp in working order but does feature a solder repair to the hinge, all stones secure. Measures approximately 2.9 x 2.3cm, weighs 14.5g.
