A worksplate, BIRMINGHAM RAILWAY CARRIAGE & WAGON, DEL213, 1961 from a BR Class 27 D5370 which entered traffic at Thornaby in January 1962, was renumbered 27024 in April 1974, withdrawn from Eastfield in June 1987, to Departmental Stock as 968028 from June to December 1989 and preserved on the Lakeside & Hatherthwaite Railway.
