The heavy pendant set with four oval cabochon star-sapphires, each measuring 12 x 9.8mm, in a closed back collet setting united by bars, set with two round brilliant cut diamonds of 0.20ct approx, stamped with a maker PW and 750, the whole measuring 29 x 34mm, the 18k box link chain length is 18", total weight 20.39g.
