A 00 GAUGE MODEL RAILWAY LAYOUT, large double track oval with three sidings, laid on a chipboard base on a wooden frame, electrified points and building lighting (not tested), one end of the layout is modelled as a hill with double track tunnel running through it, access available to inside of tunnel through drop-down flap in hill base frame at end of layout, other features include a two platform station, signal box, footbridge and level crossing, buildings are loose on the layout and others are missing, layout has some minor damage wear and missing items, mainly trees and fencing, but overall has been built and finished to a good standard, approximate size of baseboard 240cm long x 122cm deep (please see a member of staff to view), together with a Thomas Kinkade's Christmas Express Locomotive and Tender, HO gauge, from the Hawthorn Village collection, locomotive by Bachmann is missing front wheels and has other minor damage
