The pendant set with a large oval-shaped cabochon sapphire, of pretty blue colour and good purity, weighing approximately 15-20 carats. In an octagonal yellow gold surround, set with twenty-two brilliant-cut diamonds, and trefoil diamond pendant. Fitted to a flattened curb-link 18k yellow gold chain.
Together with a matching pair of sapphire, diamond and yellow gold ear clips.
