A rare 18th century Meissen figure of a Provencal Drummer, circa 1745-8, from the Cris de Paris series by JJ Kaendler and Peter Reinicke, 19.5cm high.

Overall good. Restoration to ribbon between elbow and drum. Restoration to drumstick. Probable over-painting to tip of left shoe. Probable restoration to tricorn. Minor chip to flute end. Glaze flaw to left shin. Firing crack to top of drum edge approx 1cm.
