Semen Natanovich Guyetsky, (1902-1974), Ukrainian School, Also known as Simha Nusenovich, Oil on hardboard, A Portrait of a Woman in Blue, 1970, Ascribed verso. Approx. 20'' x 18'' Guyetsky was a Ukrainian Jewish artist. He studied at the Gitomer Professional Art College and Kiev Fine Arts Institute, and was a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR. He is famous for his portraits of Vladimir Lenin.
