A 19th century or later Chamberlain's Worcester part dinner service in the 'Jabberwocky' pattern. Comprising a lidded tureen, twelve plates and a bowl, painted in the Kakiemon palette with polychrome enamels, depicting mythical beasts amongst flowers, within scrolling turquoise and gilt diaper pattern borders, the bases stamped with a brown mark topped with a royal crest, plates Diameter 26cm. With a partial original receipt dated 1953
