The stock we are selling in the main is unclaimed property and retail returns.<br /><br /><br />Our Fees explained:<br /><br />Buyers&rsquo; Premium (BP) is tiered:<br />30.5% (+VAT) for hammer prices under &pound;15<br />28% (+VAT) for hammer prices of &pound;15 or more.<br /><br />Buyers&rsquo; premium (BP) is added to every lot without exception.<br /><br />All lots are sold with VAT except those that are exempt.<br /><br />VIEWING:<br />Viewing is available for this auction on Monday 20th April between 8:30am - 10:00am, some lots may not be available to view. To avoid disappointment, we recommend you call ahead.<br /><br /><br />CONDITION REPORTS:<br /><br />We offer condition reports for this auction.<br /><br />Please submit condition reports via our online catalogue&nbsp;and we will endeavour to provide you with more information.<br /><br /><br />PAYMENT:<br /><br />Payments&nbsp;must&nbsp;be paid by 3:30pm the&nbsp;day after the sale.<br /><br />Regretfully, anybody who does not pay within this time frame could receive a block from bidding for a minimum of 6 weeks.<br /><br />We are&nbsp;do not&nbsp;take cash or card payments&nbsp;in reception upon collection.<br /><br />Payments will need to be made prior to booking your collection slot.<br /><br />COLLECTIONS:<br /><br />Please allow 24 hours between payment being made and your collection slot, this allows us to authorise the release of your items and insure they are ready for you.<br /><br />To book your collection slot(s), please use our online booking system by heading to 'Collection Slots' on our website. You can also book via your post sale e-mail which will also include your invoice.<br /><br /><br />We are operating a strict time slot system. Please ensure you arrive on time for your booked collection slot.<br /><br />Cant attend your collection slot?<br /><br />Please give us 24 hours&rsquo; notice if you cannot attend. Failure to do so will result in an additional &pound;10 admin fee which can be paid upon your successful collection.<br /><br />Due to the amount of collections each day, we are unable to serve you without a collection slot.<br /><br />COLLECTION DEADLINE:<br /><br />You have up to 5 working days to collect your items, so you can bid on a Monday and Thursday and collect everything at once if you&nbsp;wish to do so.<br /><br />Regretfully, failure to collect within the deadline will result in a storage fee of &pound;25 per lot, per day for a maximum of 5 days.<br />If your items have still not been collected after the additional 5 working days, your items will be re-entered into auction, if the storage fee outweighs the balance, then you will ...
