A 17TH CENTURY DUTCH SILVER BEAKER

probably by Anthony De Vos, Dordrecht 1892, of tapering cylindrical form, engraved with a band of strapwork enclosing foliage and below with trefoil shaped scrolled foliage and pendant clusters of fruit between, the foot reeded below a band of chevrons, underside initialled AVO, date letter A, town mark an animal in an oval and a zig-zag assay scrape. 11.7cm high, 3.8 troy ounces
