A Kammer & Reinhardt / Simon & Halbig bisque head doll, German c.1910, with brown glass eyes, painted lashes and raised brows, open mouth with upper teeth, original wig, on fully joined composition body, 16½in. (42cm.) high; together with a German bisque head doll by Alt Beck & Gottschalck, with blue weighted glass eyes, painted features, open mouth with upper teeth, original wig, on fully jointed composition body, 20½in. (52cm.) high. (2)
* Condition:
- K&R: left leg off but present, chips to torso and ball joints, right arm replaced, left little finger missing, rubbing and wear - bisque head with hairline to central forehead area, eye movement sticky, glue residue to wig area.
- AB&G: Body and limbs with surface scratches and marks, nibbles to ball joints - bisque head - surface graze to right cheek, eyelids with nibbles and possibly repainted, glue residue to wig area.
