1938-47 Plate blocks (53) all values, many perfs, often left and right corners with vignette and Frame Plate numbers, mostly unmounted o.g. but nearly all with gum toned to a greater or lesser degree.  Includes 1d Green Mountain (3), 3d black and ultramarine left and right, perf 13½ 1/- left and right, 2/6d, 5/- and 10/- both perfs right corners.  A notable assembly despite the mixed condition.  SG 38-47b
