British Lee Metford 1888 Pattern Bayonet with double edged blade 300mm in length, maker marked and dated "07 '00 Wilkinson, London". Along with proof marks. Wooden grips. Pommel is numbered "399". Working release catch. Overall length 420mm. Complete with later upgraded 1903 pattern leather scabbard with brass fittings. Throat of scabbard numbered 637 and 174.
Good overall condition. Some pitting to blade.
