A late 19th Century Maw & Co Broseley Salop 6 inch dust pressed tile, with heavy relief moulded decoration depicting a Greek male portrait in profile wearing an olive wreath, all in a blue glaze ground, together with the companion tile depicting a female portrait in profile wearing a fruiting vine wreath, all in a blue ground, maker's marks verso, damage. (2)
A previous break to the female portrait on the top right corner that has been glued. Both have other general surface wear with some nibbles, chips and frits.
