Before Bidding on a vehicle/machinery in our sales it is highly recommended that you view the lot you are interested in, bring a mechanic with you but failing that we recommend you check the following:-
· Mileage
· Transmission
· Condition of tyres, bodywork etc
· Oil/coolant leaks
· Check fluid levels
· Engine noises or smoke when vehicle is running
· Structure – check chassis (if possible and safe to do so) for holes, rust/rot etc
· Ask the porters in the office if the vehicle was driven into the car park or recovered
· Check if the vehicle has a book pack with service history etc
All persons interested in bidding must have approval to do so from Chrystals Auctions – please register as early in the week as you can and call or email the office well in advance.
All vehicles are bought without any warranty, real or implied.
It is up to the purchaser to satisfy themselves entirely as to the condition or otherwise of any vehicle offered.
Known faults may be listed but the absence of a listed fault does not imply an absence of faults.
All lots must be removed and paid for by Monday following the sale
