MANCHESTER - VERY RARE TRIANGULAR-FRAMED RED "NOTICE/3D" MARK; Complete 24 Aug. 1849 partly printed "NOTICE OF OBJECTION" form with v. fine blue "MANCHESTER" cds inside (as usual), also having a mainly fine strike of the very rare red Manchester "NOTICE/3D" mark (3d Notice rate paid in cash) in an inverted triangular frame (Mackay fig.3373) on the address side.
