AN INDIA, CHINA AND FIRST WORLD WAR GROUP OF FIVE TO THE ROYAL ARMY MEDICAL CORPS. A group of five comprising India General Service Medal 1895-1902 with Relief of Chitral 1895 and Punjab Frontier 1897-98 clasps named to Surgn Capt J.E. Brogden A.M.S. China 1900 Medal to Captn J. E. Brogden R.A.M. Corps, 1915 Star to Lt. Col J.E. Brogden R.A.M.C., War medal and Victory medal with mentioned in despatches oak leaf to Lt. Col J.E. Brogden. James England Brogden was born in Portsmouth on the 28th August 1865, later living on the Isle of Wight. He was appointed Lieutenant Colonel on the 15th September 1913 and served in France from the 23rd July 1915. His Mention in Despatches was published in the Gazette on the 1st January 1916. Transit time is normally set to 7 days but can take up to 14 days. Delivery will only start after we have confirmed receipt of your payment both for the item and the shipping invoice. All transportation is covered by a basic transport insurance but you can choose to add additional shipping insurance. Combined Shipping: You will receive separate shipping invoices for each lot. However, if you are buying multiple lots in the auction, shipping discounts will be available.
