A PAIR OF GEORGE III SILVER CANDLESTICKS, Sheffield 1783 John Parpons & Co, tapering form with beaded sconce, knop and stepped circular foot, with chased swags and laurel leaves on weighted bases, approximately height 28cm
Many very small dents and scratches but overall good condition. These are cast, very stout and strong. Some splashes of candle wax. No signs of repair.
An original casting feature see images 1/7, 2/7, 3/7, a dull patch above the lowest knop. Overall good condition.
