Bids made within 5 minutes of the closing time will add an additional 5 minutes bidding time. This will continue until no further bids are received. NB It is essential to refresh your screen (F5) regularly. PLEASE BE SURE BEFORE BIDDING AS WE ARE UNABLE TO CANCEL BIDS. NB: Where the vendor is NOT VAT Registered, you will pay 27.6% Buyer's Premium on the hammer price on most of the lots in this auction. This is made up of 20% Buyer's premium, a further 3% for Easy Live Auction platform charges, and the both Plus VAT at 20% = 27.6% . In event of a Vendor being VAT registered, you will have to allow a further 20% VAT on the hammer price taking it to 46.6%. PLEASE CHECK THE "ADDITIONAL FEES" BOX ON THE BIDDING PAGE. A £50.00 deposit may be required for all bidders not known to the Auctioneers. This will be refunded automatically at the end of the sale if the bid is not successful and can take 2-3 working days to return to your card. If the bid is successful, this sum will be used towards the final bill. Invoices are sent out after the auction has ended. All Gas and Electrical items are deemed as ‘Trade’ and are to be installed by a competent member of the appropriate Trade or purchased only by a member of that Trade. The goods shall be acquired by the Purchaser at his own risk. Payment of goods is by bank transfer or by card payments on-line or by phone. Follow the link on your invoice email to pay on line. Payment MUST be made within 24 hours of the auction ending. We are open Mon to Fri 8:30am to 4:30pm for collections. We are not open at the weekend or on Bank Holidays. NB: WE ARE SHUT FOR CHRISTMAS FROM 1PM FRIDAY 19TH DECEMBER TO MONDAY 5TH JANUARY 2026. PLEASE ENSURE ALL GOODS ARE COLLECTED BEFORE THAT DATE. ALL LOTS MUST BE COLLECTED WITHIN 4 WORKING DAYS OF THE AUCTION ENDING. WE DO NOT OFFER A DELIVERY/COURIER SERVICE FOR THIS AUCTION. ITEMS UNCOLLECTED AFTER 10 DAYS WILL DEEMED ABANDONED AND FORFEITED. CONDITION REPORTS: Please note that at auction it is up to you, the bidder, to satisfy yourself about the condition of an item. All lots are available for your own inspection or for inspection by an expert instructed by you.
