A pair of George I walnut side chairs, each with a vase shaped splat over a drop in upholstered seat and shaped apron, raised upon cabriole font legs terminating in pointed pad feet, and back swept gun barrel rear legs with block feet, 103cm high
Light historic worm to rear underside rail on both chairs, evidence of restoration to underside blocks on both chairs, one chair has splice repair to front RH foot and a splice repair at the top of the rear RH leg, replaced seat pads on both chairs, chairs appear firm with only very slight movement in the joints, otherwise only very light wear commensurate with age and use
