A large and impressive Burmese white metal casket, having chased and hammered decoration of hunts, dancers, figures, birds and animals to the hinged lid and panelled sides, the interior with wood lining, 23.7cm wide.
No makers marks,
One of the mythical beast on the lid is missing his tail.
A split is forming on the rear left hand side of the lid near hinge.
Some denting and surface scratching.
