Luggage Rack. From a 4-VOP emu. These were converted compartment carriages, in VEP units made into open saloons. These small luggage racks were fitted along the sides, unlike the racks over the seats in standard VEP units. Nice small size, ideal for use as a towel shelf. Good condition, 34 x 15 inches.
