Late 19th early 20th c. set of enamel buttons in original box inscribed By Appointment to the Viceroy of Rangoon, Coombes Ltd Rangoon, 8cm diameter.

Buttons measure 14mm diameter. Yellow metal, minor loss to enamel mostly near edges. Underside of buttons have some colour transfer from case.
