(50 by 35cms.) (overall, excluding red cloth slipcase), a fine collection of contemporary cartoons, caricatures, satirical prints, manuscript letters, views and portraits relating to Napoleon in exile, including contemporary hand-coloured caricatures or cartoons by Rowlandson and Cruikshank. Footnote - Alfred Brewis was a shipowner in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
