An International Waterways Association (IWA) Commemorative plaque display, mounted on a hardwood board and titled "ML Gladys / NB Thorn", fitted with an extensive group of original cast, enamelled and engraved metal Rally plaques, dating from the 1950s throught to the 1980s. The collection includes notably early examples such as Llangollen Rally 1952, Macclesfield 1953, and Chester Rally 1959, alongside numerous later rallies and campaign plaques including Stone Hill Wharf rally 1981, Foxton Rally 1981, Pelsall Spring campaign rally 1987, Hawkesbury / Coventry National Rally 1987, Milton Keynes National Rally August 1985, BCN Exploration Award (Titford 1982), Oxford Canal Braunston 1990, BCM 1983, Bradley Arm Rally 1988, Blisworth Tunnel Reopened August 1984, and other plaques. A Well preserved and visually impressive Waterway history display, documenting over three decades of British canal Campigning and Rally activity.
