An Aster Gauge One live steam spirit fired BR Battle of Britain Class 4-6-2 tender locomotive. A kitbuilt example of this Bulleid Pacific produced in 2006 to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Aster's production of the Schools Class, their first production model.
This kit has been finished as Sir Eustace Missenden 34090, in lined Brunswick Green. Model features 3 working cylinders with modified Walschaerts valve gear, twin safety valves, pressure gauge, water gauge, hand water pump, etc. With accessories, assembly instructions and original box and packaging. Some wear to box. Locomotive appears GC-VGC. It is sold without a boiler certificate etc. and is therefore sold as a collector's item only. £2800-3000
