Viewing will be on Tuesday 18th and Wednesday 19th August from 09.30 – 3.30
and on Sat 22nd August 9.30 – 10.30 before the Sale.
The safety of our customers and staff is of most importance to us and therefore
we will be following social distancing guidelines. Please be aware there will be restrictions on numbers allowed in the Sale room and you may need to wait.

Paying and Collection of Won Lots
At the end of the Sale you will receive an e-mail invoice which will give you South Cheshire Auctions banking details for payment. Payment by bank transfer would be much appreciated.
If required you can also request a shipping quote from the invoice.
Collection in person can be made Monday to Friday 9.00-3.30. Please call before attending so that we can ensure social distancing guidelines are met.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All lots are sold as seen and you are deemed to have viewed and satisfied yourself as to age, condition and authenticity of the lot. Please speak to a member of staff for any advice.
No warranty or guarantees are given.
All descriptions are as accurate as possible and where there is a fault, we will endeavor to notify such with A/F in the description. Adequate viewing will be provided. Viewing for on-line auction lots can be viewed at South Cheshire Auction via appointment as well as online. All electrical items whether shown as working or not are SOLD AS SCRAP and we highly recommend that they are checked by a qualified electrician before use.
SELLERS INFORMATION
Sellers will be required to complete a seller’s declaration form, confirming the items to be sold are either theirs or to be sold by the owners. All items entered are at the seller’s risk and South Cheshire Auctions are NOT responsible for any items whilst in their possession. A lotting fee of £1.50 (incl VAT) will be charged per Lot on items consigned to the sale. Sellers commission is 18% (incl VAT) of the hammer price (unless collection was required, see below). The seller will be paid by either cash or bank transfer 18 days after the sale, subject to the buyer having paid for the lot. Unsold items must be collected within 7 days of the end of the sale unless otherwise agreed. Items not collected within 4 weeks will be donated to charity. Items withdrawn before the catalogue is live will still incur a lotting fee of £1.50 including VAT, items withdrawn after the catalogue has been released will incur a £5 withdrawal fee.
COLLECTION OF ITEMS FROM VENDOR'S PREMISES
Vehicle & driver hire costs available on request (Charges dependent on location) 20% sellers commission (incl VAT) of the hammer price chargeable if packing was required upon collection
BUYERS INFORMATION
£2.20 minimum commission will apply to items with a hammer price of under £10.00, thereafter, 21 % of the hammer price.
Commission bids / Telephone bids can be taken via prior arrangement .
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Full payment (including any shipping charges) is requested by the end of business on the Wednesday following the sale, thereafter a Late Payment Fee of 10% of the invoice total will be added to the outstanding payment. Payment methods are cash, credit/debit cards (No charge for use) or bank transfer.
All purchases must be collected within 5 days (unless by prior arrangement) with South Cheshire Auctions, thereafter a Daily Storage Fee of £1 per Lot will be charged.
Online Bidding Fee
We offer an online bidding service via easyliveAuction.com and Bidspirit for bidders who cannot attend the sale.
Please note that any lots purchased via easyliveAuction.com live auction service will be subject to an additional 3% commission charge + VAT at the rate imposed on the hammer price or no commission for the internet bidding if the ‘Flat Fee’ has been chosen at registration.
SHIPPING POLICY
Although we would prefer you to collect the items you have won, postage or delivery will be based on individual items by prior agreement. Items that we will not post will have collection only in the description. Please contact us on the Monday morning following the sale ending for a postage quote. All items that are posted will be tracked and signed for. Postage costs will include packing time and packaging. All items posted will be at the liability of the buyer and once posted we accept no responsibility. A local delivery service is available on larger items. Please enquire for a quote, which is advisable before bidding.
