Buyers' Responsibilities:
a. Commission Fees: A 17% hammer price commission to all successful bids.
b. Delivery Quotes: The delivery quote will be provided on the same day as the auction concludes.
c. Payment Deadline: Buyers are required to pay the full amount (inclusive of delivery charges, hammer price, commission, and commission VAT) within 10 calendar days (240 hours) from the auction's conclusion. We accept card payments and bank transfers. Failure to make the payment within this timeframe will result in the buyer being blocked, and the transaction will be nullified, regardless of any payment initiated after the 10-day period.
d. Delivery Terms: Delivery terms and conditions are outlined in the Shipping Policy.
e. Room Auctions or Collection: Please note that we do not facilitate room auctions or allow for item collection. All transactions and deliveries are managed as per our Shipping Policy.
Return Policy:We adhere to the Distance Selling Act, allowing for the acceptance of returns. Items acquired may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Prior to returning any items, customers are required to contact the Auction House within the 14-day period after receiving the order to receive instructions. Items returned without notifying the Auction House will not be considered as returned.

Shipping commences during a period of at most 10 calendar days from the successful payment. Please note that exceptions apply during holidays, where shipping may experience slight delays.

UK Clients:
For our valued customers within the UK, any single order surpassing £5000 will be sent using our private courier service, at no additional cost to you.

International Clients:
For our international patrons, we offer shipping through Royal Mail with insurance coverage up to £250. Shipments exceeding this value will be dispatched using the DPD courier service to ensure secure transit and delivery.
