Whether you are an individual or a business client we can cater for your needs. Our services are tailored to suit the needs of you, our customers, and service is foremost in our minds.

a) Goods are received for auction on the presumption that the vendor has
title to the same.
b) As auctioneers, we cannot guarantee the selling price of items.
c) If you wish, you can place a reserve on any items we are selling on your
behalf (This should be discussed with the auctioneer).
d) Electrical and mechanical items will be sold on a spares/ repairs basis.
e) There is a £2 minimum charge per lot entered
f) Commission charged will be 18% - 25% (Plus VAT if applicable) at the
auctioneers discretion.
g) As the goods are sold on your behalf, payments cannot be made until they
have cleared our account. This typically takes 10-14 days.
h) Payments are normally made by cheque
i) Payments of £15 or less are paid in cash at the auction house
j) Any unsold lots may be re-entered at the auctioneer’s discretion.
k) If unsold lots are not re-entered or collected, the goods will be disposed of
unless otherwise agreed.

We offer an online bidding service via for bidders who cannot attend the sale.
Please note that any lots purchased via live auction service will be subject to an additional 3% commission charge + VAT at the rate imposed on the hammer price or no commission for the internet bidding if the ‘Flat Fee’ has been chosen at registration.
All lots are collect only. In some cases, we may be able to post small items. please contact us prior to bidding for information.
