Sign & Exchange contracts on the evening of the auction. 4. Complete within 28 days of the auction date (unless otherwise specified in the auction pack) As well as being live, we will be hosting the auction online and we can also offer the option to telephone bid. FOR ONLINE OR TELEPHONE BIDDING WE WILL REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING NO LATER THAN 5PM THE DAY BEFORE THE SALE 1. Photo id and proof of address received via email for any named purchasers (these need to be separate documents for example a passport & utility bill) 2.
