Full payment of the invoice total is payable by the bidder within 24 hours of the auction end/invoice please. Late payment will unfortunately result in a block which can affect your future bidding on this platform and with other auction houses.

Before bidding cash on collection may be possible subject to limits for MLR only by prior arrangement
Viewing only by prior appointment alternatively we are happy to provide condition reports on request and we will do our best to note any faults when listing. Anything with working movements i.e. watches are not guaranteed. The photographs are part of the description and all items are sold as seen as described. The descriptions are for guidance only and you are strongly advised to email for an appointment to view to check the accuracy and authenticity before bidding not after.
We aim to post within 10 working days of receipt of your payment for the goods purchased, however if you need these sooner then please let us know and we will do our very best to post as soon as possible. Kindly see our 'Shipping' section below for guidance on packing and posting costs which will be added to your goods and buyers / internet premium. We can ship overseas but obviously costs are higher than UK mainland, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
The Sale of Goods Act does not apply as buyers have the opportunity of inspecting the items and obtaining Condition Reports before bidding.
We reserve the right to bid on behalf of and as agents for other buyers i.e. absentee bids for those unable to access the auction online on the day that the bids end and the hammer falls.
