We are a small and friendly auction,helping to run various types of auctions in the local area.

General sale small antiques and collectables.

Auctions are on the 2nd Tuesday of every month starting at 6pm, viewing starts from 10am.

How to bid. When attending the auction for the first time, you will be required to register at the desk. We will ask you for your full name, address and contact telephone number. You will then be issued with a bidding number which must be used when placing a bid in the auction room. Absentee bids can be left up to half an hour of the auction commencing, special exceptions can be made if they will not delay the start of the auction.

All winning bids will incur a 18% commission charge. There is a £1 minimum commission charge per lot of any winning bid

The auctioneer acts as an agent for the seller. All items are described to the best of our knowledge, but the condition and authenticity of an item is the sole responsibility of the prospective buyer. Condition reports can be requested using the form on the sunbury web site website and through Any information received as a result of this should be taken only as opinion and should not be taken as fact. Placing a bid is seen as acceptance of any faults that an auction lot may possess , and placing a bid is the bidder acknowledge this.

Payment and collection. We accept both cash and card payments. Card payments can be taken using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Paypal. We are not currently taking payments made by personal cheque.

Clearing will only be permitted during the auction if the buyer is using cash as their payment method. The credit card reader will not be available for use until the auction has come to an end.

If you have successfully won auction lots using the online agent, an invoice will be sent out within 24 hours and will include a postage option.

All non-payers will be banned from all future auctions.

There is a one off £6 admin charge for each posting (this charge covers 1 item upto 50 item) plus the Royal Mail signed for postage.
Swords,Walking Sticks or any item over 90cm long will incur a extra admin charge as it needs to be posted separately. Any invoice over £100 will be insured.
If you wish to arrange your own courier there will still be a £5 admin charge as we will have to package the items.
Please note allow 3-4 working day for dispatch.

Whilst every effort will be made to ensure safe delivery of goods purchased it is recommended Clients arrange their own insurance if required as the Auction House are not responsible for any damage etc that occurs in transit, it is at the sole risk of the purchaser.
