An International Code of Signals Nautical Flag, representing 'S' (Sierra) or 'E' (Echo). The fabric flag is horizontally striped in blue (top), red (middle), and blue (bottom), with a solid white hoist on the left side featuring visible stitching. The material appears to be a durable textile, possibly cotton or a synthetic blend, with white thread used for construction. A small white label with the number '44' in black is visible on the lower section of the white hoist.
