A vintage ornate Middle Eastern/North African curved dagger, likely a Jambiya type ceremonial knife featuring a curved steel blade, the dagger is fitted with an elaborate engraved brass hilt and scabbard. The scabbard is ornately engraved and retains its original braided cord suspension, in good condition. It has a length of 38.5cm and a width 5.5cm.
