You will be required to provide a payment card – please make sure that the card has funds available on it. Condition Reports: We will not be responding to condition reports for lots with reserves lower than €100. Viewing: We do not have public viewings of our auctions.
The following lots are located off site: All are delivery only – buyer collection is not possible. Lot 24, 93, 120: - Delivery Only – from Ballincollig area Lot 32 & 80: - Delivery Only – from Cork City area Lot 277: - Delivery Only – from Bandon area. Lot 298, 299, 303, 304: - Delivery Only – from Cork City area All other lots will be available for collection/delivery from our Bandon Auction Rooms. As always 24-hour’s of notice must be given of any collection so that we can prepare your lot & confirm a time. All lots located in the auction rooms must be collected within 14 working days of the auction; if they are not collected they will be moved to paid storage; the charges for which will be invoiced to you.
Delivery: If you require delivery of your purchases, we can recommend a service that goes to your area. You can contact them directly using the numbers below. Provide them with your invoice and they will liaise with us on your behalf to remove the lots and deliver them to your property. Post Sale: Invoices: The morning after the auction finishes you will receive your auction invoice via the email you provided. Please check your spam/junk folders as our emails can end up there. Payment of purchases: All bidders on HegartyLive will have their payment taken via Stripe within 48 hours of the auction. All bidders on easyliveAuction.com will receive a call for payment to be taken over the phone. *All jewellery lots with a hammer value of €1000 or more need to be paid via bank transfer unless otherwise agreed with the auctioneer. If no contact can be made with the bidder and no payment has been received 7 days from the auction date, we will then charge the card provided at registration and a receipt will be issued.
Collection: Remote consignments: If a lot is located off site and requires the buyer to arrange delivery/collect direct from the vendor it will be noted in the description. All buyers collecting directly from the vendor must bring enough help with them to carry large/heavy lots as the vendor cannot assist in carrying/lifting items for the buyer. All lots must be paid for before collection. Sufficient notice must be given to the vendor to facilitate collections/deliveries from their property.
