An 18ct gold ruby and diamond dress ring. The oval-shape ruby, with brilliant-cut diamond trefoil shoulders. Estimated total diamond weight 0.30ct. Hallmarks for Birmingham. Ring size O. Weight 4.6gms.

  • Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
  • DiamondS fairly well matched.
  • Diamonds fairly bright.

  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

  • Ruby medium pinkish red, weak to moderate saturation of colour, with fair/poor clarity and an elongated typical near surface reaching inclusion visible with the unaided eye.

  • The ruby appears to have patchy colour, some areas with a stronger saturation of colour.
  • Stone in good condition with minor abrasions.
